  • The property has a video camera on the exterior at the corner of the cabin facing the driveway. No indoor cameras.
  • Despite some development, the region is in the mountains and wildlife and insects are present. Ladybugs are a protected species here. Pest prevention is performed monthly by a licensed exterminator, but you may still encounter ladybugs or other small critters in or around the home.
